Government Gone Crazy - Budget Issues

Ok, so you don't spend based on what you are planning on making next month or next year (or at least I hope not). We would all hope that our government wouldn't do it. They should spend based on what is in the bank. Well.. They don't!

The morons at the Bloq want the current gov't to spend based on forecasts - if they don't they (the Bloq) won't pass the budget.. and we get to spend about $250+ Million (that means it costs you about $10 to vote) on a new election no one wants.

Crazy.. the law should only allow for spending on what they have, not what they may..
